Take a screen capture (screenshot or screen image) of the browser check-up web page. 

Use the print screen button on your keyboard to copy an image of your screen on your clipboard.

Open Word and paste the image on a blank page. Then, save the Word file on your desktop.

Upload the file using the Upload a file button.

When you are done click on Are you ready to learn online? in the breadcrumb trail on top of the page or in the box on the bottom.
