Empowering Skills for the FutureWelcome to Our TIVET Institute
We are proud to introduce our newly established Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TIVET) Institute—an initiative designed to equip learners with practical, industry-relevant skills and values that meet the demands of today's dynamic world. Whether you're just starting out or looking to advance in your profession, our programs offer a strong foundation, hands-on training, and a clear path to meaningful career opportunities.
Our TIVET courses blend academic excellence with Christian values, delivered through an interactive online learning platform. With flexible access to learning resources, expert faculty, and a supportive community, students can confidently pursue their academic and professional goals in areas such as Library and Information Science, Counseling Psychology, Chaplaincy, Project Management, Business Management, and Applied Communication Technology. Lecturers and facilitators are also empowered through this platform to deliver engaging, outcomes-driven content aligned with current industry trends.
Scroll down to explore each of our programs and discover what makes learning with us transformative, practical, and purpose-driven.
This page hosts all the TIVET Course sites for the ongoing semester.
To facilitate this, the ODeL Directorate works to ensure course sites are created and accessible here on the LMS for all units on offer. These course sites act as a launch pad for: Course materials (notes, handouts, and reading resources); Announcements and course updates; Learning activities (quizzes, forums, assignments, etc.)
IMPORTANT: Your lecturer will inform you whether they will be using the ODeL portal this semester for your specific unit.
Units are organized by TIVET programme to make it easy for you to locate your courses. On this page, related Courses are tagged together e.g DCP & DBM.
If your unit does not appear here, confirm if it is provisioned for on the timetable and if not kindly consult your lecturer or contact the ODeL support team for assistance.
