Using templates improves your productivity and enhances the overall quality of your eLearning courses and related content. Templates are quite useful, as they consist the quickest, the safest and perhaps, the most effective to develop quality content.

This page lays out  a number of templates and situations for using the structured content template and how to use the templates provided.

IMPORTANT: The more reusable your content might be, the more helpful a content template will be. As such, consider using a template if:

• Users(students) would benefit from seeing your content multiple places
• Readers(students) need to be able to scan it
• Writers(lecturers/students) need to be able to create a resource or an assignment quickly
• You want to encourage repeat visits and familiarity with your content
